Each plate is manufactured using precise moulds crafted from materials such as SS304, SS316L, TI, Hastelloy Alloy, NI, and 254MO. We offer plates in thicknesses of 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.7mm. Our stringent pressing plate technology ensures tolerances of shaped plates are under 0.3mm, with burring heights below 0.2mm during blanking. Quality tests are conducted on shaped plates using magnifying glasses and diagnostic machines, ensuring top-tier products and exceptional service for our customers.
