The materials we use encompass SS304, SS316L, titanium, Hastelloy alloy, nickel, and 254MO, among others. Plate thickness options include 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.7mm, all produced using our stringent pressing technologies. We assure a precise tolerance of less than 0.3mm for shaped plates and a burring height of under 0.2mm during blanking processes. Each shaped plate undergoes meticulous quality testing with magnifying glass and diagnostic machines.
