The materials available include high-quality options such as SS304, SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy Alloy, Nickel, and 254MO, among others. Plate thickness options of 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.7mm are provided. We employ precise pressing technologies, ensuring tolerances for shaped plates are maintained under 0.3mm, with burring heights minimized to less than 0.2mm during blanking. Rigorous quality testing using magnifying glasses and diagnostic machines guarantees top-ranking product quality, enabling us to exceed customer expectations with outstanding service.
