We use high-grade materials such as SS304, SS316L, TI, Hastelloy Alloy, NI, and 254MO. The thickness of the plates ranges from 0.5mm to 0.7mm. Employing precise pressing plate technologies, we maintain a shaped plate tolerance of less than 0.3mm and a burring height under 0.2mm during blanking. Each shaped plate undergoes stringent quality tests using magnifying glasses and diagnostic machines.
